The following is how to fix the glitch in the latest AOL upgrade (9.0) which sends multiple copies of email.

On the AOL® toolbar, click SETTINGS. On the SETTINGS MAIN page, navigate to the PERSONAL STORAGE SETTINGS link, then click it. Reduce the MAXIMUM DISK SPACE FOR ONLINE ART: value to the lowest possible number, then click the SAVE button.
After saving, close AOL. Start AOL and sign on again. Repeat the previous steps, but change the MAXIMUM DISK SPACE FOR ONLINE ART to its original setting of no more than 60 megabytes, and then click SAVE. The process is complete.
